"Too many times throughout the past 30 years Ive been working in the industry,  I have seen companies pour money into washbays that simply don’t work in keeping up with their requirements. Most of the time systems are undersized, don’t allow for expansion or are designed in a way where pumps are constantly overloaded resulting in continual expensive repairs or replacement changeover pumps having to be installed or situations where underground water of rainwater entering into the sides of allocated wash down areas flood the washbay and overload the system.
